µQseven System-on-Module. 64-bit Octa-core Cortex-A53, based on the Rockchip RK3368 processor


The RK3368-µQ7 provides pioneering density, with four Cortex-A53 cores for each of the big and LITTLE cluster, for a total of eight cores. Due to the asymmetric architecture, the module can run in high-performance as well as low-power mode, depending on the application’s needs.

Measuring a space-saving 40mm x 70mm and adhering to the industry-standard µQseven pin-out, the RK3368-Q7 is a low-risk choice for developing future-proof devices. It features high-performance embedded peripherals, advanced hardware-security and fast processing to create connected industrial devices with rich user interfaces.
