Theobroma Systems, processes and uses your personal data only with your consent or mandate. We collect your personal data such as your name, email address, phone number, company name, physical address through communication with you via email, phone, via our contact forms on our website, via events and conferences.

Only such personal data will be collected which are necessary for the execution and processing of our services or which you have voluntarily made available to us.

We use third-party service platforms to manage to deliver our Newsletter but do not allow access of the third party to your personal data. You will always have the option to unsubscribe from our mailing lists.

9. SERVER LOG FILES

In order to optimize this website in terms of system performance, user-friendliness and the provision of useful information about our services, the provider of the website automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. This includes your Internet protocol address (IP address), browser and language settings, operating system, referrer URL, your Internet service provider and date/time.

These data will not be merged with personal data sources. We reserve the right to subsequently check this data if we become aware of concrete indications of illegal use.
